Holly Springs is a fast-growing Cherokee County city along I-575, between Woodstock and Canton and just north of Towne Lake. There’s no inpatient addiction treatment in Holly Springs itself, so residents who need medically supervised detox or a residential stay usually look toward Roswell or Atlanta. The Recovery Village Atlanta is about 15 miles southeast in Roswell, across the county line in north Fulton. We provide medical detox, residential treatment and partial hospitalization. Call (470) 990-9483 any time to speak with admissions.
How to Get to Roswell From Holly Springs
From the Holly Springs Parkway area the drive is about 15 miles. It usually takes around 30 minutes, and 45 minutes or more during rush hour on GA-140. Most of the trip is on two-lane and four-lane state roads rather than the interstate. Our address is 11725 Pointe Place, Roswell, GA 30076.
- Most direct route: take Hickory Road east for about 5 miles to Hickory Flat, then turn right onto GA-140 (Hickory Flat Highway). GA-140 becomes Arnold Mill Road as it crosses into Fulton County. Turn left on Rucker Road, right on Harris Road, then right on Upper Hembree Road and left onto Pointe Place.
- From Towne Lake or the Woodstock side: GA-92 toward Roswell is another option. Compare it with the Hickory Road route in your map app before you leave.
- About I-575: heading south on I-575 and I-75 takes you west through Cobb County, so it is usually longer than the state-road routes above.
There’s no direct public transit between Holly Springs and our campus, so plan on a family member or friend driving you. If transportation is a problem, let our admissions team know when you call.

Holly Springs Rehab FAQs
How far is The Recovery Village Atlanta from Holly Springs?
About 15 miles, typically around 30 minutes via Hickory Road and GA-140 (Arnold Mill Road).
I live in Cherokee County. Can I go to a treatment center in Fulton County?
Yes. Where you live doesn’t limit where you can get private treatment. Your insurance benefits matter more, and we check them before you’re admitted.
Should I try to stop drinking before I come in?
Not on your own without medical advice. Stopping alcohol or benzodiazepines suddenly can cause dangerous withdrawal. Tell our admissions team what you’ve been using, and our medical team will manage withdrawal safely in detox.
What happens after residential treatment?
Before discharge, your team builds an aftercare plan. That may include PHP in Roswell, IOP at our Sandy Springs outpatient center, and counseling or peer support closer to home in Cherokee County.
