Andy Guinn

As a member of the Community Outreach team at The Recovery Village, Andy Guinn is dedicated to helping clients, families, and organizations find quality treatment options. Before joining Advanced Recovery Systems in 2026, Andy built his career across behavioral health business development, operational leadership, and organizational communication. Most recently, he handled outreach for a team at a 126-bed treatment facility serving a 32-facility regional territory. His earlier work spans public-health data systems and healthcare software implementation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication (Magna Cum Laude) and an Associate of Applied Science in Marketing Management. He is excited for the opportunity to walk alongside individuals and families at the most pivotal moment of their lives, and to be part of a team that treats recovery as the rebirth it truly is.
