Lori Johnson is a Licensed Addiction and Professional Counselor with a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health from The University of Colorado. Lori’s practice, In Focus Counseling LLC, is a group practice located in Lakewood, CO and the team specializes in working with individual teens, adults and their families struggling with addiction, anxiety disorders, and/or OCD. Over the years working in various levels of treatment in addiction, eating disorders, and OCD, she has seen the overlap and gaps in treatment needs for clients seeking mental health recovery. Lori is a presenter at the IOCDF international conference and presents nationally on OCD and SUDs treatment. Lori utilizes theories such as CBT, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), ACT, TF-CBT, Existential, DBT, and sensory integration.
