As a member of the Community Outreach team at The Recovery Village Atlanta, Sandra is dedicated to helping clients, families, and organizations find quality treatment options. Before joining Advanced Recovery Systems in 2022, Sandra spent 15 years working in the Georgia mental health community. She began her career in this field at a local inpatient psychiatric hospital right after she received her Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling. She started out as a counselor but eventually crossed over from the Clinical to the Business Development Team. She has been representing local treatment centers and different levels of care for the last 12 years. Her love of people and desire to help others enables her to develop and maintain long term relationships with clients, families, and other professionals. She is excited for the opportunity to join Advanced Recovery Systems and be part of a team where she can continue to provide education, raise awareness, and connect clients struggling with mental illness and addiction to much needed resources in the Georgia community.
